By using LogiBuilt's website, requesting a quote, hiring us for installation work, following our Facebook Page or Instagram account, or interacting with our ads, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
LogiBuilt LLC is a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Tampa, Florida. We provide smart home, audio / video, landscape lighting, and security and camera installation services to residential and small commercial clients in the Tampa Bay area.
All quotes, estimates, and proposals are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise noted in writing. We reserve the right to revise a quote if the scope of work, site conditions, or materials cost change before installation. Work begins after a signed proposal and any required deposit are received. Warranty terms for installed work are documented in the project paperwork you receive when the job is completed.
When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or submit information through a Facebook or Instagram ad form operated by LogiBuilt, you authorize us to contact you (by phone, text message, and email) about the project you have inquired about. We will not share your contact information with third parties for marketing, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Our use of your information, including data we receive from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), is described in our Privacy Policy. We use Meta's official Facebook Marketing API and Graph API solely to run our own ads, publish to our own Facebook Page and Instagram Business profile, and retrieve lead form submissions that you have voluntarily completed in response to our ads.
The LogiBuilt name, logo, website, photos of our installations, and written content on this site are owned by LogiBuilt LLC. You may not copy, republish, or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission. Customer photos used in our gallery or on social media are published only with the property owner's consent.
This website is provided on an "as is" basis. While we keep it as accurate as we can, we do not guarantee that descriptions of products, pricing, service availability, or service-area pages are error-free or current at every moment. The most authoritative pricing and scope is what is written into your signed proposal, not anything on the public website.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, LogiBuilt LLC's liability arising out of website use, advertising interactions, or pre-contract communications is limited to direct, actual damages and excludes incidental, special, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to LogiBuilt's installation work itself, which is governed by the warranty and contract paperwork provided with each completed job.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
