LogiBuilt LLC uses Meta's Facebook Marketing API and Graph API to operate our advertising and to communicate with people who contact us through our Facebook Page or Instagram account. Specifically, we may access:
This data is retrieved through Meta's official APIs after the person has chosen to share it with us by completing one of our forms. We do not access individual user profiles, friend lists, or content unrelated to our own business activities.

You can request that LogiBuilt delete personal information we hold about you, including any data we obtained through Facebook or Instagram (for example, lead form submissions, names, phone numbers, email addresses, and the answers you provided to our ad qualification questions).
To make a deletion request:
Please include the email address, phone number, or name you used when you contacted us so we can locate the right records. We will confirm the deletion in writing within 30 days. If a legal or tax obligation requires us to retain a specific record (for example, an invoice for completed work), we will tell you which record is being retained and why; everything else will be removed from our systems and from any third-party services we used to process your information on our behalf.
If you originally contacted us through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove LogiBuilt's access to your data at any time from the Facebook Business Integrations settings page (facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools).
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you share, including encrypted email, secure payment processing, and limited internal access. No system is perfect, but we do not store payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or government IDs on our own systems.
With your permission, we sometimes photograph finished installs to share in our gallery or on social media. We do not publish photos that show your address, street number, identifying landmarks, or the inside of occupied rooms without your explicit okay. If you'd prefer we not use photos of your project at all, just tell us. No push-back, no follow-up.
Our website uses a small number of cookies and tracking technologies to make the site work, understand how visitors use it, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This includes Google Analytics (G-4XVBDQNRFS), Microsoft Clarity (session analytics), the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking (AW-18107682840), and CallRail (phone-call analytics). For Google Ads conversion measurement, we may share hashed (one-way encrypted) versions of contact information you provide on our forms, this lets Google match the lead to an ad click without exposing your raw data to anyone, including Google. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, opt out of Meta ad personalization in your Facebook settings, and use most browsers' "Do Not Track" or cookie-blocking features at any time.
Our services are for homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy over time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent version. Significant changes will be noted on our website or sent by email to active customers.
