Solid brass fixtures, placed one at a time for the palms, oaks, walkways, and rooflines you actually have. Warm white, color with a remote, or AMP iQ, the new smart system from the brand we already install. Whatever fits the way you use the space.
Real LogiBuilt install, Tampa Bay. Every job is tuned after dark, with you.
Evenly spaced uplights light everything the same, which flattens a house. Great landscape lighting picks its moments: the texture of a palm trunk, the shape of an oak canopy, the line of a roofline at dusk, the turn in a walkway. Those moments are different on every property, so every design is.
We walk your property with you, in daylight and after dark, and choose a fixture for each feature: a spotlight for the palm, a well light for the column, a path light for the steps, a soft flood for the wall, a sconce for the cage post. The count, the placement, the beam angles, and the tier all come from your house and the way you use it, not from a package.
That is also why the same family of solid brass covers every job: it gives us the right tool for each feature and one finish across the whole property.
Every fixture below is solid brass with a lifetime manufacturer warranty, except the soffit lights, which are wet-rated line-voltage trims. The plan mixes them to fit your property.

Solid cast brass spotlight with a locking knuckle and an adjustable glare guard, so the beam lands on the trunk and canopy and stays there.

Wide hat path lights that cast a broad, even 16 foot wash with soft edges. Dark Sky approved, so the light goes down, not into your eyes.

Flush, recessed uplights in cold-forged or solid brass, IP68 rated, with an aimable gimbal on the HydraPro for columns, beams, and walk-over locations.

A soft, low-brightness brass flood with three interchangeable lenses for urns, retaining walls, plantings, and small gardens.

A low-profile hooded brass light that washes down the post and onto the ground without glare. Dark Sky approved.

Wet-rated soffit lights around the home for architectural accent lighting, on a switch or timer. Gimbal trims tilt to pick out specific features.

One solid brass sconce per screen post throws light up the frame and down onto the deck. It has its own page with every option.

A weatherproof stainless transformer sized to your fixture count, with a dusk-to-dawn timer so the whole property comes on by itself.
We install AMP Lighting fixtures because brass does not rust, flake, or fade the way aluminum and plastic do, and because AMP backs it with a lifetime warranty. The finish is antique bronze that darkens and patinas as it ages, which is how brass is meant to look.
Specifications from the manufacturer: AMP Lighting. Fixture details are on every written quote.
The design is built for your property first. Then you choose how the light behaves. All three run on AMP solid brass with a lifetime warranty; the walkthrough decides the tier, and tiers can be combined on one property.
The classic Tampa look, set and forget
Timeless. Most of the homes on this page are Warm White.
Same brass, color where it counts
Game day and holidays on the palms and the facade, warm white the rest of the year.
The same brass, with the smarts built in
AMP's newest system, released June 2026. We set up the app, the zones, and your first scenes before we leave.
Landscape lighting is quoted per fixture after the walkthrough sets the plan. Warm White and Color with RF Remote use the same brass, so a property can move up later by changing lamps; the fixtures stay in the ground. AMP iQ uses AMP's iQ brass fixtures with the electronics inside, so it is chosen at design time.
"I would highly recommend LogiBuilt If you are looking for landscape lighting. Tyler Peterson is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with."
No surprises on install day. Here is what the project covers at every tier.
Manufacturer warranties pass through to you, and LogiBuilt stands behind the work.
AMP Lighting warrants its brass fixtures for life, the AMP iQ fixtures included. Transformer cores are lifetime and smart electronics carry five years. Claims are processed the same day, seven days a week, and AMP covers shipping both ways within the continental United States.
AMP rates its LED MR16 lamps for 40,000 to 50,000 hours (L70) and warrants them for life in residential installs. When a lamp does age out, it is a lamp swap in the same brass fixture, not a fixture replacement.
LogiBuilt warrants installation workmanship for one year from the date of substantial completion. If something acts up, one call gets the same team back out.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, lightning, modifications by others, acts of nature, or normal wear. Smart features depend on the AMP iQ app and services, which the manufacturer may change over time. Full terms are stated on every written quote.
Daytime walkthrough to understand the property. We ask what you notice, and what you'd like to notice instead.
Fixture count, placement, and transformer sizing, built for your property, with a clean written quote within one business day.
Buried wire, waterproofed connections, properly sized transformer. No exposed runs across the lawn. Most installs are one day.
We come back after dark to aim and dim each fixture with you, on-site, until it looks the way you want.

Preview rendering from a Street View photo. Not a photograph of a finished install. The real design comes from the walkthrough.
Send a daytime photo of the front of your house or the backyard to (813) 722-1314 and we send back a preview of it lit, usually the same day.
Prefer to try it yourself? The lighting visualizer pulls a Street View of your address and renders it in about a minute.
Every photo here is a LogiBuilt landscape job, shot on the job after dark.
Lighting a pool cage or lanai too? See the pool cage lighting page for the up and down brass sconce, its three looks, and its own good, better, best.
No. Every design starts from what the property actually has: the trees, the facade, the walkway, the pool cage, and how you use the yard after dark. We walk it with you, pick the features worth lighting, and choose a fixture for each one. Two houses on the same street end up with different plans.
Because they stop working after a year. Solar fixtures have batteries that die, weak output, and no way to integrate with a timer or app. Hardwired low-voltage lighting is brighter, lasts 10+ years, and turns on and off automatically.
Almost never. Wire is buried along existing bed edges and under mulch. On an average home, you won't be able to tell we were there the next morning.
Yes, on AMP iQ, which runs from the AMP iQ app over a Bluetooth mesh on the property, with a Gateway for control from anywhere and sunrise to sunset schedules that set themselves. Color with RF Remote uses a handheld remote instead, and Warm White runs on the transformer's timer with nothing to manage.
Most Tampa homes land between 18 and 40 fixtures. We'll give you a specific plan after the walk-through. No upselling beyond what the property actually needs.
Most residential installs are a one-day job. Larger properties with 60+ fixtures or complex runs can stretch to two days. We give you a clear timeline up front so you know what to expect.
Most Tampa Bay projects land between $3,500 and $8,500 depending on fixture count, property size, and features like app control or color-changing. We send a clean quote after the walkthrough so there are no surprises.
Yes. We install brass and composite fixtures rated for coastal Florida, salt air, humidity, afternoon storms, the works. Connections are gel-sealed and waterproof. Wire is buried at proper depth. No crimps sitting in a puddle.
AMP rates its LED MR16 lamps for 40,000 to 50,000 hours (L70). At a typical six to eight hours a night, that is well over a decade, and AMP warrants the lamps for life in residential installs. When one does age out, it is a lamp swap in the same brass fixture.
Yes. Every install is designed to be additive. The transformer is sized with room to grow where the property calls for it, and the same brass family covers paths, uplights, wells, floods, deck posts, and pool cage sconces, so a second phase matches the first.
Yes. If you've already got lighting that isn't working or looks dated, we can diagnose and repair, upgrade to LED, or retrofit for app control. Many of our landscape clients started as repair calls.
Not for low-voltage residential landscape lighting in the areas we serve. The system runs through a transformer, so it's well below what would trigger permit requirements. You don't need to do anything with the city.
Tell us where the house is and we set up a walkthrough. The person who quotes the work is the person leading the install.
