If you don't see yours below, just call or text us at (813) 696-3168. There are no dumb questions on this stuff.
Yes. LogiBuilt is low-voltage licensed in the state of Florida and fully insured with general liability and workers' comp. Happy to share current certificates on request — just ask in the form or when you call.
Your install is done by us, not a rotating cast of day-labor. That's the main reason homeowners call back for their second and third project — same faces, same accountability. If we ever need a trade we don't do in-house (like a licensed electrician for a new circuit), we bring a known partner and tell you up front.
One call gets the same team that did the install back out. No call center, no ticket queue. We document what we installed, so diagnosing an issue on a system we built is usually fast.
Yes. Anyone who walks into your home has been vetted. We're locally owned and accountable by name — not a franchise shuffling staff around.
Yes, quotes are free. We do a walk-through of your space (in person for larger projects, by phone or video for smaller ones), then send back an itemized quote with fixture counts, equipment list, and labor clearly called out. No deposit is required to get a quote.
Small jobs like a TV mount or camera add-on usually happen within a week. Larger projects like whole-home audio or landscape lighting designs run 2–4 weeks out depending on the season. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front and we'll be honest about whether we can hit it.
No. A lot of our best jobs start with "I don't really know, I just don't like how this feels." Tell us the problem, not the solution. Figuring out the right install is part of what we do.
Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Carrollwood, South Tampa, Westchase, Land O' Lakes, and most of the Tampa Bay metro. Outside that, send us your address and we'll tell you straight.
Too many variables to give a single number honestly. A TV mount and soundbar might be a few hundred dollars. A whole-home camera system can run a few thousand. A full landscape lighting design with 25–40 fixtures is usually in the low four figures. We always provide a written quote so there are no surprises.
No. Consultations, walk-throughs, and quotes are free. We only charge once you've approved the quote and we're doing the work.
Most jobs are billed 50% deposit to schedule and 50% on completion. Smaller service calls are paid in full at completion. We accept card, ACH, check, and a few other options, whatever's easiest for you.
Sometimes, yes. If you've already bought a TV, camera system, or speakers, we're happy to install them. For big-ticket lighting and security systems we usually prefer to provide the gear so we can stand behind it, but we'll talk it through honestly.
For most jobs, someone should be on site at the start and end. In between, you're free to work, run errands, or watch over our shoulder, whatever you prefer. We'll text when we're on the way.
The goal is that you can't tell we were there. For indoor cable runs we fish walls and patch when needed. For landscape lighting, wire is buried along existing bed edges under mulch. If something has to be cut or painted, we tell you before we do it.
A TV mount is usually 1–2 hours. A camera system is a half day to a full day. Landscape lighting is 1–2 days depending on size. Whole-home A/V is 2–4 days. We give a realistic timeline in the quote, not a sales pitch.
Our labor is warrantied for one year. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–5 years depending on the product). If something goes wrong in that window, we come back out. That's the whole point of hiring a local installer.
That's the norm, not the exception. We document what we installed so that adding a camera, an outdoor speaker, or another light zone a year later is easy and doesn't require tearing anything out.
Yes. Every install ends with a walk-through: how the app works, what the buttons do, what to do if it acts up. We'd rather spend 30 minutes teaching you than get a panicked call at 10pm.
For most homeowners we don't push a monthly contract. A once-a-year tune-up is usually enough. For larger properties with lighting, cameras, and A/V, we can put together a simple annual maintenance visit. Ask us about it.
Both. We do a daytime walkthrough and a nighttime design walk before installing anything. Fixture count, placement, and transformer sizing come from what the property actually needs — not a generic "20 lights per house" template. See our landscape lighting service →
Yes. In-ceiling speakers, outdoor patio zones, and multi-room streaming via Sonos, HEOS, or similar. We can also retrofit existing rooms so the speakers aren't visible. See our A/V service →
Yes, and we do it the boring stable way — not a spaghetti-pile of one-off integrations. We'll tell you honestly which platform is best for your household rather than selling whatever pays us the most. See our smart home service →
Optional. Plenty of our clients self-monitor via the app for free. If you want 24/7 professional monitoring we'll set that up and hand off a clean, month-to-month contract — no long lock-ins. See our security service →
No form needed. Call, text, or email. We answer the same day most of the time.
